A clinical desktop tool for tracking the growth of prematurely born children — built on Czech reference auxological data and LMS percentile charts.
Free.· Open source.· No accounts. No cloud.
Built for neonatologists and paediatricians who track premature children across years of corrected-age visits.
Weight, length, head circumference and weight-for-length plotted against the 2nd, 5th, 50th, 95th and 98th percentile curves — derived from LMS quantile regression.
As you enter measurements, four charts update in real time. The clinician sees where the value lands against the reference bands before clicking save.
Patient data stays on your computer. No cloud, no accounts, no telemetry. Backups happen via a one-click JSON export.
One click to download any growth chart as a 2× resolution PNG with the patient's name — ready for discharge reports or referrals.
Reference percentile curves are derived from a longitudinal study of 1,781 premature infants and 5,676 examinations at the Centre of Comprehensive Care, KDDL VFN Prague — between 2001 and 2015.
Supported by the project "New methods in follow-up care for children with perinatal burden at CKP KDDL VFN" (reg. NF‑CZ11‑OV‑1‑009‑2015), funded by a grant from Norway through the EEA & Norway Grants programme.
